FEES FOR VERBAL VALUATIONS (incl. 19% VAT)

€ 75 for the first work, € 50 for each subsequent work, made payable beforehand to: Simonis & Buunk Encounter, (charity) account no. 30.93.53.866 (BIC/Swift: RABONL2U– IBAN: NL24 RABO 0309 3538 66), stating either ‘photo valuation by post’ or ‘photo valuation by email’. In both cases please add your phone number.

The proceeds from all verbal valuations are donated to charitable institutions.

After our appraisal of the photos and on receipt of your valuation fee, we will contact you by phone about the valuation. Please take into account that during busy periods there might be a waiting period of up to four weeks.

If a valuation report needs to be drawn up, or if we reserve judgement on giving a verbal valuation based on photos, you are welcome to bring your painting(s) to our gallery on Notaris Fischerstraat 30. This is by appointment only, on Wednesdays between 12.00 and 16.00 (except during exhibitions and holidays: please check our website diary). A valuation report and invoice will be mailed within a month of our appraisal of the painting.

Should you decide on a valuation report following a verbal appraisal, your initial fee will be subtracted from the standard charge for this report (please refer to Scale of Charges Valuation Report).
