biography of Elise Claudine Arntzenius

Elize Claudine Arntzenius, daughter of Floris Arntzenius, lived and worked in The Hague all her life. She received her training at the academy there and made a name for herself with delicately painted and watercoloured flower still lifes and portraits. She was also a sculptor.
