biography of Karl Mohr

The German painter Karl Mohr was born in Düsseldorf in 1922. He paints a wide range of subjects in a smooth Impressionist style, including beach scenes, landscapes with cattle and cityscapes. His lively way of painting is ideal for genre performances with titles such as 'Im Biergarten' and 'Ballszene', but also for scenes with horses such as fox hunts, plowing horses and horse racing.
