biography of Oskar Arthur Bluhm

Oscar Bluhm worked as an illustrator for several humorous magazines, including the Fliegenden Blätter and the Meggendorfer Blätter. From 1892 onwards, he made illustrations of fashionable ladies in humorous situations for the latter magazine, and of elegant scenes from upscale life. Other illustrators included Victor Schramm, Otto Bromberger and Josef Mukarovsky.
