biography of Ulrich von Uechtritz-Steinkirch

Ulrich von Uechtritz-Steinkirch, son of the well-known German sculptor Cuno von Uechtritz-Steinkirch, was born in 1881 in Dresden. We know little about his life, probably because he traveled a lot and did not live in one place for long periods of time. It is known that he studied at the academies of Paris and Munich. His oeuvre consists mainly of landscapes painted in Germany and Italy in a colourful, impressionistic style.
