Hubertus van der Vloot lived and worked in Haarlem. He was a student of Otto de Kat and Georges Rober. Van der Vloot traveled to France, Sweden and Denmark. His oeuvre consists of paintings, sculptures and monumental wall sculptures, such as mosaics and reliefs.
