biography of Johan Mekkink

Johan Mekkink was born in 1904 in Velp. He received his education at the academy of Arnhem and specialized in painting flower still lifes and portraits. He also made mosaics, for example in the Thorbecklyceum in Arnhem, and he designed stained glass windows for government buildings and churches.
