Man in motion, in particular dancing man, is the main theme of sculptress Kiki Meyer. In a stylized-figurative style she depicts her models, slender figures, ballet dancers, in the 'suprême moment' of their performance. Meyer knows how to capture the essence of the movement in her powerful bronzes. Sometimes the artist depicts only part of the body, but she still manages to suggest the entire movement – walking, turning, jumping, bending.
