Leslie Harradine made a name for himself as one of Royal Doulton's key designers. From 1920 he worked as a freelancer at this English porcelain, glass and earthenware manufacturer for almost forty years. In addition, he also made free work. His love and talent lay in modeling small figures in clay, in countless variations. He mainly created small plastics in the form of human figures, giving Royal Doulton the freedom to make whatever he wanted. His figurines enjoy great popularity to this day.
