biography of Martinus Antonius Kuytenbrouwer II

After being taught by his father, painter of landscapes with cattle, the talented Martinus Kuytenbrouwer went to Paris to study with Eugène Isabey. He was enabled to do so by a scholarship from King William III. The painter travelled to Fontainebleau, among other places, making him one of the first painters to work in this area.
