biography of Richard Kiss

Painter of Hungarian descent and son of the famous animal painter Alexander Kiss. At a young age he was also impressed by the nature that surrounded him. He often went hunting with his father's friends and it was these hunting scenes that formed the basis for the paintings he would later create. Under the guidance of his father, he started painting at an early age and developed his technique and a perfect sense of colour. Exhibited in London and later his work was introduced to America.
