biography of Henri Voordecker

The oeuvre of the Belgian romantic painter Henri Voordecker includes portraits, animals, landscapes and genre scenes. He became famous in particular with his paintings of market scenes, folk figures in windows and depictions with animals, where he excelled in painting pigeons.
