Herman Wolbers was a student of W. Vester and A.J. van Wijngaerdt. Received the royal grant in the years 1878/1879-1880. Painted, drew, watercoloured and etched landscapes, especially Dutch meadows with cattle. Exhibitions in Amsterdam, The Hague, Arnhem and Rotterdam.
